My Role
I'm Intel's change agent expert and co-lead the Intel Flex internal consulting unit. I also write books, Everyone is a Change Agent and the newly released Change Tactics. I speak internationally about change, change agency, and change acceleration. I've also been a featured speaker at the Society of Women Engineers local conference in Portland. The best piece of business advice I ever received was
Don't look at how someone else does the job. Imagine what you could do, and how you could do it, in that job.
