What I love most about my role
I love helping other companies grow by opening their eyes to what insights their data holds. I love that we built a product that cuts through the noise and only gives them ideas about how to make more money or get more customers.
How I define success
An everyday feeling of gratitude.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
When I was rising up as manager in analytics, I bemoaned to my Director that I was becoming the slowest person on the team and didn't have hands on as much as I used to.
She looked at me, and maybe even pointed a finger, and said, "Anyone can learn a software, but you innovate. That's what your value is."
What would I tell my younger self
Start entrepreneurship in your 30s, not 40s.
What 2B Bolder mean to me
feeling comfortable in your own skin and. having the bravery to say the emperor has no clothes when he has no clothes.
Years of Experience
I recommend you focus on developing these 3 skills to succeed in a role like mine
Making data accessible
Adapting to change
Feeling comfortable saying "I don't know" even in a leadership role.
