My Role
Renata is a Latina Venture Capitalist, founder and CEO of Blazin Babes, a 9 year female founder community, a former 25 year operator, former investment banker, TEDX and motivational speaker, model and single mom of two teenagers. She invests in women and speaks around the world to audiences on reinvention and the mental strength it takes to overcome adversity.
What I love most about my role
I love my role as a speaker, leader and investor in and of women, in that my words match my actions. In everything that I have personally experienced in my lifetime, both personally and professionally, I am pursuing my life purpose to help other women and future generations of women.
How I define success
Success is how many lives can you positively impact in your lifetime.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
Regardless of your circumstances, stay true to your value system and you will be rewarded in the end. Someone is always watching.
What would I tell my younger self
You are going to have a BIG story to tell and regardless of what is thrown at you, keep gong, because your impact and legacy will be profound.
