My Role
I view my role as a Catalyst for developing conscious leaders. My clients live and work all over the world. They are women, men, CEOs, new leaders, social entrepreneurs, and people who are at a crossroads in their lives and recognize that it's time to fully express their creative potential. They want more from themselves and more from others. They are purpose-driven.
THEY NOT ONLY WANT TO BE THE BEST IN THE WORLD. THEY WANT TO BE THE BEST FOR THE WORLD.
They are in the process of evolving into human beings and leaders with the capacity to make real changes in their organizations, communities, and the world.
What I love most about my role
I care about developing human beings, especially women, to their fullest creative expression so that they can make a difference in the world in a way that holds purpose and meaning for them. I practice a whole-person transformational approach that integrates mind, body, heart, and spirit practices and harmony between every person's active and receptive energy. I work exceptionally well with women who seek to have their voices heard and their contributions valued. I guide my clients to their full potential and the embodiment of conscious leadership. My clients trust my honesty and integrity and value my deep caring for their personal and professional development.
How I define success
I define personal success as the freedom to bring my whole self to my work in meaningful and purposeful ways. I am successful when I can harmoniously and gracefully integrate my health and well-being, things that bring me joy, my writing practice, and my capacity to hold space for my clients. A defining element of my leadership development practice is to run one/one curated retreats in the Algarve of Portugal, where I live. Clients come to renew, reset, and dive deep into who they are as humans and leaders against the backdrop of the stunning cliffs and beaches in the Algarve. They leave renewed, inspired, and transformed. It brings me joy to share wisdom practices combined with leadership skills in a setting that both challenges and inspires my clients.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
Here are the pieces of advice that I still adhere to.
Be fully authentic and choose work that aligns with your strengths. Become the best at what you aspire. Never stop being curious and learning. Focus on building relationships over building a database.
What would I tell my younger self
The first thing I would tell her is to trust herself. Listen first to the wise inner voice, and don't seek validation from the external world. I would tell her it's wonderful to be different and allow her to follow her creativity and curiosity. I would suggest she work smart rather than working hard. I would suggest she be a model for others and intentionally lift others toward their potential. Finally, I would encourage her to take time to celebrate her accomplishments and to rest between challenges.
