Hi, I'm Mary, and I'm here to help you stop lurking on LinkedIn, start building visibility, and attract opportunities.
Today, I see a HUGE opportunity for women to leverage LinkedIn to gain visibility, attract new opportunities, and build their careers. I coach women on how to show up, overcome confidence issues, overcome the fear of judgment, and post content. Learn what to share, how often, and what ways to maximize your growth on the platform.
While you are here, listen to or apply to be featured on the 2B Bolder Podcast. I’m thrilled to welcome you to a platform built to celebrate bold women in business and tech who are building amazing careers and to help close the visibility gap for women everywhere.
Let's connect if you want help with becoming more visible on LinkedIn.

Meet Mary Killelea - Founder & Host of the 2B Bolder Podcast
A little bit more about my backstory. I'm a marketing strategist, storyteller, and proud host of the 2B Bolder Podcast, a globally ranked show with more than 25,000 downloads and a growing community of ambitious listeners. After a career spanning Intel marketing leadership and successful agency ownership, I’ve seen firsthand how visibility changes everything—opening doors to career opportunities, industry influence, and personal growth.

Why I Started 2B Bolder

2B Bolder was born from a simple belief: when women share their career journeys, we all rise.
In tech, business, and sports, women remain underrepresented at the highest levels—only 26% of the U.S. tech workforce, 10% of Fortune 500 CEOs, and 23% of collegiate athletic directors are women. I wanted to create a space where their stories take center stage, inspiring the next generation and proving that leadership paths are as diverse as the women who walk them.

The Mission

Through in-depth interviews, 2B Bolder delivers actionable career insights from women who are breaking barriers, navigating complex industries, and shaping the future. My goal is to amplify these voices, connect bold women across industries, and encourage companies to invest in female leadership.
