About Mary

I’m Mary Killelea, a marketing strategist and storyteller with two decades in tech, currently a product marketing manager at Intel. I’m also the host of the 2B Bolder Podcast, a globally ranked show with more than 31,000 downloads and a growing community of listeners who want more from their careers and their lives. I’ve seen firsthand how stepping into visibility can change your trajectory. It opens doors, builds influence, and gives you confidence you carry into every part of your life.

Why I Started 2B Bolder
 

2B Bolder grew from a simple belief. When women share their stories, including the wins, the detours, and the lessons learned along the way, they are seen and heard. Being seen and heard is how we come to value ourselves, and how others come to value us. I also wanted to be a role model for my two daughters and for other young women: proof that what you dream of is possible.

That matters because women remain underrepresented at the top. They make up about 26% of the U.S. tech workforce, just 11% of Fortune 500 CEOs, and roughly a quarter of NCAA athletics directors.

I wanted to create a space where women’s stories take center stage, showing that there is no single path to leadership or to a life that feels like your own.
