My Role

I lead global Quality Engineering initiatives that protect and amplify the integrity of digital products and the data behind them. My team ensures that what customers experience — and what leaders rely on for decision-making — is grounded in trustworthy, high-quality data.
I operate at the intersection of technology and business strategy, partnering with engineering, machine learning, data science, and analytics teams to foster data signal confidence and build scalable quality frameworks that strengthen business performance, reduce risk, and enable smarter innovation. My work spans to ensure consistent, reliable experiences across Paramount+, Pluto TV, and CBS digital apps.

What I love most about my role

I thrive on complex, cross-functional challenges that require perspective beyond technical execution. I connect signals across engineering, analytics, market shifts, and business priorities to anticipate strategic risk and design pragmatic, forward-looking quality safeguards.
Turning ambiguity into structure — and uncertainty into signal confidence — energizes me. I’m most fulfilled when clarity unlocks momentum for teams and empowers leaders to make bold, confident decisions.

How I define success

I define success as building systems and leaders that outlast individual effort. When complexity becomes clarity, risks are anticipated rather than reacted to, and decision-makers can move forward with high confidence — that’s success to me.
It’s not just about hitting KPIs; it’s about creating unforgettable customer experiences through our beloved content and ensuring quality becomes an embedded capability and a business amplifier.
Equally important, success means growing people. Creating environments where quality is a shared responsibility and where individuals are encouraged to think strategically and step into influence matters deeply. True success to me is when others rise — and when what you helped build, continues to create impact long after you’ve stepped away.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

The most impactful advice I’ve received is to understand the purpose before focusing on the task — to always anchor in the why.
Technical execution alone isn’t leadership. You must understand who depends on your work, what decisions they’re making, and what problems they’re trying to solve — especially when working with data and data quality.
When every effort is aligned to a larger purpose, impact shifts from transactional to strategic. That mindset continues to shape how I build systems, guide teams, and make decisions.

What would I tell my younger self

Trust your perspective sooner and be bold enough to speak up earlier — even when you feel like the least experienced voice in the room.
Competence opens doors, but confidence and clarity determine how far/quick you walk through them. There were moments when I hesitated, questioning whether I’d “earned” the right to contribute. In reality, perspective is earned through experience — and experience is gained by showing fully.
Play the long game. Not every title, delay, or setback defines your trajectory — setbacks often carry the lessons necessary for growth. Focus on building capability, resilience, and strategic perspective; influence compounds over time.
Most importantly, understand that each step is shaping you to learn, architect systems, elevate standards, and solve meaningful challenges for a broader community. Your voice matters and has a seat at the table.

What 2B Bolder mean to me

To me, 2B Bolder represents the mindset of someone who refuses to self-limit — especially in environments where they may be underestimated or outnumbered.
It’s the courage to challenge assumptions thoughtfully, to ask the strategic question others may avoid, and to step forward even when the path isn’t fully defined. Boldness isn’t about volume; it’s about conviction. It’s choosing growth over comfort, influence over hesitation, and trusting that your perspective adds value.
2B Bolder also signals community: when you find your tribe, you build stronger networks and help inspire the next generation of leaders.

Years of Experience

I recommend you focus on developing these 3 skills to succeed in a role like mine

Systems Thinking – Identifying patterns across teams, technology, and data to uncover scalable, long-term opportunities.
Strategic Structured Clarity – Anticipating downstream impact and translating ambiguity into aligned, actionable frameworks.
Cross-Functional Influence – Converting technical depth into business insight and aligning diverse leaders around shared quality outcomes.
