My Role

I am an award-winning serial entrepreneur & nonprofit founder, bestselling author, having a successful career in "Hollywood" entertainment industry, launching over 100 mainstream actors and production people into the industry.

What I love most about my role

I love helping entrepreneurs turn their creative passions into profitable businesses — as I did with my own business JDS Productions, a seven-figure media company creating engaging video content for organizations, people, and products.

How I define success

Success, to me, is the ability to turn my creative passions into something both profitable and purposeful. It’s about building businesses that not only thrive financially, but also open doors for others - whether that’s helping entrepreneurs grow, empowering women in leadership, or creating career pathways for youth and special-needs adults. True success is using what I’ve learned to lift others up, make an impact, and keep leveling up while staying aligned with my passion and purpose.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

The best piece of advice I’ve ever received is to treat every challenge as a classroom. Instead of seeing obstacles as setbacks, see them as opportunities to learn, adjust, and level up. That mindset has shaped every stage of my entrepreneurial journey - from building a seven-figure media company to launching programs that empower others and it’s the reminder I return to whenever I’m stepping into something bigger.

What would I tell my younger self

I would tell my younger self to trust your creative instincts - they’re not a distraction, they’re your superpower. Don’t be afraid to take up space, ask for opportunities, or build something that doesn’t exist yet. The path won’t be linear, but every twist will teach you something essential. Keep going, keep creating, and don’t wait for permission to become who you already are.

What 2B Bolder mean to me

It’s the permission slip I wish I’d had earlier - the push to own my story, lean into bold choices, and build not just a business, but a legacy.”
