My Role
I lead a global angel investment firm that champions women and minority-led startups across high-impact industries. At a high level, my role blends capital strategy with purpose-driven leadership. I source and fund early-stage ventures, serve as a strategic partner to founders, and build ecosystems that prioritize innovation, equity, and global reach. I also advise across corporate and creative sectors, speak internationally, and design experiences to reconnect women leaders to culture, wellness, and community.
What I love most about my role
I’m a multi-hyphenate: an entrepreneur, an investor, an advisor, an author, and an executive producer. I am able to pursue my passions, travel the world, help people, exercise my creativity, and influence the community for the better.

Success is about having the ability to empower others to be better, to do better, and to achieve their highest potential.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
The best advice I’ve ever received: Listen. Don’t just clock in, but tune in. Every situation, meeting, task, project, colleague, subordinate, or boss could be a masterclass, if you paid proper attention.
What would I tell my younger self
That it’s absolutely ok to show emotions, voice what you want, and to just be yourself. And it’s perfectly ok to make errors, in business and in life, as long as you learn and pick yourself up.
