My Role

Fiona Walsh is President of Infolinks, where she leads the company’s growth, publisher partnerships, and curated ad marketplace. She focuses on building direct relationships with publishers of all sizes to offer exclusive display ad placements that deliver strong results for advertisers. She also drives Infolinks’ sustainability efforts through its Green Media certification from Scope3. Fiona leads community initiatives that align business goals with social impact, such as leading the company’s partnership with Feed the Children and the Boys & Girls Club, linking Infolinks’ digital ad spend to meaningful community support. Internally, she fosters a culture of trust by mentoring her team and encouraging independence.

What I love most about my role

What I love most about my role at Infolinks is the opportunity to drive meaningful change across both the business and the people we work with. Whether it’s supporting publisher growth, mentoring women in tech, or leading community initiatives, I’m proud to shape a company that values both performance and purpose. Being named one of 2025’s Top Women in Media and AdTech was an honor, but seeing my team feel connected to our mission is what motivates me every day.

How I define success

It’s not just about hitting targets. It’s about building trust, growing together, and making a positive impact. When my team feels empowered and our work helps others thrive, that’s success to me.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

“Always give people the space to own their work, make mistakes, and grow.”

What would I tell my younger self

Speak up, even if your voice shakes. And don’t be afraid to take the lead. You’re more capable than you think.

What 2B Bolder mean to me

2B Bolder is a chance to help shape where this industry is headed while making sure more women’s voices are heard along the way. I’ve been lucky to do that at Infolinks, but I’m excited to keep growing, connect with more women in tech, and be part of a community that’s lifting each other up.
