I started Terawatt to give employers a simpler, more effective way to invest in their people. Our marketplace connects exceptional coaches and consultants with groups of employees. Terawatt experts deliver measurable professional growth at scale via real-time, tailored coaching & learning programs.
We focus on healthcare because that’s where the stakes are highest. Our research shows that when psychological safety is scaled across teams, organizations see lower burnout, higher retention, better patient outcomes, and stronger financial performance.
What I love most about my role
Francie believes supporting people to achieve their potential creates ripple effects in every community. After a career in alternative asset marketing (matchmaking for hedge funds), she became obsessed with the lack of professional support for individuals at crossroads. Francie founded Terawatt to make it easy to be great.
