My Role
I’m the CEO of Radiance, a digital design agency and AI-powered Creative OS that is redefining how brand work gets done. At the core of everything we build is The SOURCE®, our proprietary system that captures every brief, asset, approval, and revision, and gets smarter over time. We pair elevated creative direction with intelligent systems so companies can move faster, scale more beautifully, and lead with clarity. We're part of Infinity Constellation, the first AI holding company, which uniquely positions us at the frontier of where design and technology are headed.
What I love most about my role
I love that no two brands are the same, and that my job is to uncover what makes each one singular and build a system around it. Fast Company called me a "world builder," and that really does capture it. I get to take a brand's DNA and translate it into something cohesive and living. We've done that for companies like Invisible Technologies when they raised $100M, for investment firms, for health brands built from scratch. The range keeps me creatively alive.
How I define success
Success is when the system we build keeps working long after we've handed it over. When The SOURCE® is so embedded in how a brand operates that their team moves faster, their creative is more consistent, and they're no longer starting from zero with every campaign. On a bigger level, success is proving that the old agency model can be replaced and that smart, embedded creative infrastructure is the future.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
Don't just solve the problem in front of you, build the system that prevents it from happening again. That's really the philosophy behind Radiance. Traditional agencies are reactive and fragmented. We decided to build something that learns and evolves, so our clients aren't stuck in the same cycles.
What would I tell my younger self
Your range is not a weakness. My career has crossed graphic design, interiors, digital product, surface design, branding, and now AI. For a long time that felt scattered, but every discipline became a lens. The ability to move fluidly across industries and mediums is exactly what lets me build brands that connect with real people across cultures and contexts. Trust the wide path.
What 2B Bolder mean to me
To me, 2B Bolder is about showing up fully. As a woman, as a founder, and as a creative, even when the path isn't paved. For so long, women in business and tech have had to shrink themselves to fit into systems that weren't built for them. Being bolder means refusing to do that. It means building Radiance on my own terms, replacing a broken agency model with something smarter and more aligned with how modern brands actually need to operate. It means betting on yourself before anyone else does. In the 2Be Bolder community, I see women who are done waiting for permission and are creating visibility, impact, and legacy on their own terms. That's the energy that drives me every day.
