My Role
I help driven leaders — often rising stars in their 20s through 70s — align how they show up with who they actually are.
Through my Energetic Integrity Leadership™ approach, I coach clients to recognize and reclaim the energy they’ve been using to perform, please, or stay small. I work at the intersection of leadership, identity, and emotional fluency — helping individuals articulate a leadership model that feels deeply aligned and scalable across all areas of life.
My framework isn’t prescriptive — it’s precision-based. Together, we build clarity through six core pillars that make up the ENERGY™ framework:
E – Energy
N – Narrative
E – Executive Presence
R – Relishing Truth
G – Grounded Risk
Y – Your Legacy
I work with private clients, founders, senior leaders, and high-potential young adults — often those who are “ahead of schedule” but craving depth, expansion, or a new way forward that isn’t borrowed from someone else’s playbook.
What I love most about my role
I love the moment when someone sees themselves clearly — not for who they’ve been trying to be, but for who they already are underneath the noise.
I don’t give clients a blueprint. I help them build one from within. I call it extended play — when life starts to feel more energized, strategic, and honest. Coaching, for me, is about co-discovering the path that allows someone to move forward not just with more clarity, but with more integrity and joy.
How I define success
Success is energetic alignment. When the energy you spend matches the values you live and the future you’re actively shaping — that’s success.
It’s not just about getting more done. It’s about making sure your doing is sourced from something true.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
“Don’t create from pressure. Create from resonance.” (Advice I made up for myself, so it fits like a glove)
It reminds me that my clarity is more valuable than any trend. When my voice is grounded, everything from pricing to positioning becomes clear — not because I figured it out, but because I remembered what already worked.
What would I tell my younger self
💗 You're not too much.
Find the people who mirror back your brightest self — and listen. Don’t downplay what they see. That clarity is your compass.
💗 Tune into their signal. That’s the voice that builds the future you’ll most love.
What 2B Bolder mean to me
To be bolder is to choose clarity over control — to take up space as the truest version of yourself, even when no one else has done it that way before.
It’s not louder. It’s deeper.

I recommend you focus on developing these 3 skills to succeed in a role like mine
Energetic Pattern Recognition — I see what drains and what drives people before they do.
Precision Listening — I track tone, energy, and unspoken signals as data.
Leadership Framework Design — I help clients architect models that feel alive, not borrowed.
