My Role

I lead at the intersection of engineering, leadership, and financial technology. For over two decades, I’ve built a career in aerospace and engineering, while also founding a trading education company that helps professionals create financial options outside of their 9–5.

I design systems, develop strategic programs, and teach people how to think like investors, not just employees. My work is about giving people...especially women, the tools and confidence to grow their income, expand their freedom, and make empowered career and financial decisions.

What I love most about my role

I love helping people unlock possibilities they never knew they had. Whether I’m leading engineering programs or teaching market strategy, the moment someone realizes, “I can actually do this,” is powerful.

I also love taking complex ideas and turning them into clear, repeatable systems that help people win without burnout. Seeing women create more freedom, confidence, and financial stability for themselves and their families keeps me energized.

How I define success

Success is having options. It’s the ability to choose what you do, who you work with, and how you design your life.

Success is also measured by impact, helping people think bigger, move smarter, and trust themselves more. And it’s about sustainability, not sacrifice. If I can grow, lead, and build while protecting my peace, my health, and my relationships, that’s real success.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

The best advice I’ve ever received is simple: Bet on yourself first. Skills compound. Confidence compounds. And when you invest in your own growth, you create opportunities that no job title or company can limit.

That mindset helped me navigate layoffs, pivot careers, finish an MBA at Yale, and eventually build a business that allows me to work on my own terms.

What would I tell my younger self

Take the leap earlier. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. And the things that feel impossible now will one day feel normal. Also: prioritize yourself. You can’t pour into your family, your career, or your community if you’re running on empty. Your dreams matter too.

What 2B Bolder mean to me

To me, 2B Bolder means giving yourself permission to take up space and pursue the path that truly belongs to you. It means stepping into leadership even when you’re the only one who looks like you in the room, and using your story to open doors for other women.

Being bolder is not about perfection, it’s about choosing courage, clarity, and ambition, even when the path isn’t guaranteed.
