How I define success
Being able to ride the see-saw of motherhood, and career know that it is never going to be equally balanced and you have to ride up and down to get the best views.

Don't sell to private equity!
What would I tell my younger self
Life is a marathon and not a sprint and you don't have to accomplish EVERYTHING in the first 10 years out of college.
