My Role
I serve as the visionary Founder and Lead Purpose Alignment Consultant of The Ascenders Lounge™, a flagship leadership and career development experience under Micaela Morris LLC. In this role, I design and facilitate transformative programs that help professionals, students, and organizations Reflect, Realign, and Rise through confidence-building, mindset strategy, and ROI-driven leadership growth.
I oversee the strategic development of three core tracks: Corporate Leaders & Teams, High Schools & Higher Education, and Organizations & Non-Profits, bridging leadership training with emotional intelligence, cultural alignment, and purpose-driven performance. I curate workshops, keynote experiences, and executive coaching that empower individuals and institutions to strengthen culture, enhance engagement, and elevate leadership capacity.
At a high level, I lead the overall vision, framework, and partnerships that position The Ascenders Lounge™ as a bold, luxury leadership brand rooted in clarity, confidence, and measurable transformation.
What I love most about my role
I love the lightbulb moments. Those moments when you see a persons face say, “ aha” because you know they got it. Then you see them implement and take action quickly . Those moments make me smile and make me feel good. I also love how they come back and tell me stories of how they’ve become resilient, or more confident when talking about their salary during negotiations. To me that’s a win.
How I define success
Boldly getting up and completing a task, no matter how big or small.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
If it doesn’t produce purpose, profit, or peace, it’s an unnecessary expense.
What would I tell my younger self
Be a sponge, acquire as much financial knowledge as you can. Take note, get a mentor and execute .
