My Role
I'm a storyteller. I run marketing for Beyondsoft Americas, a mid-sized IT consulting firm. I work with our business leaders and their directs to design our core narratives and then help the team take it to customers.
What I love most about my role
When our team solves a real problem for a customer. It could be a business and/or tech problem. That's what matters. And I work with people all over the Americas, so I'm always learning something new.
How I define success
When our customers say they couldn't have done it without us. When our team is proud of the work. And when we can do it again for someone else.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
Customer success isn't about telling people you're great. It's about helping customers fix what's broken.
What would I tell my younger self
Read more and be curious. Find someone who's done it before and learn from them. And spend real time understanding how business, operations, and marketing work.

Asking why before jumping in. Making sure people are actually talking to each other. And doing the uncomfortable work that leads somewhere.
