My Role
As Chief Marketing Officer of IoT Marketing, I lead the company’s overall marketing vision and strategy. My role includes overseeing integrated marketing campaigns for clients across the technology ecosystem, ensuring that every initiative aligns with business goals and delivers measurable results. From brand positioning and messaging to digital strategy and demand generation, I oversee the full spectrum of marketing efforts that help clients amplify their reach and authority in competitive markets.
In addition to client campaigns, I manage our flagship virtual event series, which has drawn more than 85,000 global decision-makers across 100+ events. I play an active role in shaping session topics and content, curating timely discussions that address key industry trends. As host and producer, I’ve had the privilege of facilitating conversations with experts from companies including Microsoft, Google, and Disney. These events have become a trusted platform for thought leadership in AI, IoT, sustainability, and digital transformation.
Through my work at IoT Marketing, I’m passionate about helping the tech community cut through the noise, gain clarity, and embrace innovation in ways that are both strategic and sustainable.
What I love most about my role
What I love most about my role is seeing ideas come to life and the impact they can create. I get to collaborate with brilliant clients, thought leaders, and innovators, helping them transform complex concepts into compelling stories, campaigns, and experiences. Every project and event offers a new challenge, whether it’s developing engaging content or facilitating conversations with experts, and I thrive on that variety.
It’s incredibly rewarding to see these efforts spark meaningful conversations, inspire action, and build connections that drive collaboration across industries. Knowing that the work we do helps organizations grow, empowers professionals to navigate emerging technologies, and creates real, positive impact in the world is what makes this role so fulfilling.

I define success as creating meaningful impact while maintaining balance and fulfillment in both my professional and personal life.
Professionally, success means helping clients achieve their goals, elevating brands, and building platforms that spark innovation, collaboration, and growth. It’s about seeing the ideas I help bring to life make a real difference for organizations and the people they serve.
Personally, success is about being a present and engaged mother, nurturing my family, and ensuring I make time for the moments that matter most.
Balancing work and life isn’t always easy, but for me, true success comes when I can excel in my career and feel grounded and fulfilled at home. When both worlds support and energize each other, I feel that I’m contributing in a meaningful way — to my clients, to my team, and to my family.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
The best piece of advice I’ve ever received is to always be learning. My grandmother instilled this in me from a young age, encouraging me not just to complete my homework but to challenge myself to learn as much as possible through reading, asking questions, and exploring new ideas. That mindset has stayed with me throughout my career and continues to shape how I approach my work today.
In my role as CMO at IoT Marketing, it drives me to stay curious about emerging technologies and industry trends. It influences how I develop client campaigns, create content, and design our virtual events — always seeking new ways to engage audiences and deliver meaningful impact.
Embracing continuous learning also allows me to mentor and inspire others on my team, fostering a culture of curiosity, growth, and creativity.
What would I tell my younger self
I would tell my younger self to be patient and kind with your journey. Don’t rush to have everything figured out, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. They’re some of the best teachers.
I’d also remind her to trust her instincts, embrace her curiosity, and take bold steps, even when it feels uncomfortable. Every challenge and opportunity is a chance to grow, and the experiences she gains now will shape her confidence, resilience, and the ability to create meaningful impact later in life.
What 2B Bolder mean to me
To me, 2B Bolder is about empowering women to step into emerging tech fields with confidence and visibility. Women are still underrepresented in areas like AI, IoT, blockchain, and deep tech, holding just 26% of tech roles and less than 20% in AI specifically. Yet, these are the industries shaping our future.
Being bolder means actively creating space for women to lead, innovate, and be recognized. That’s why I make it a priority to feature brilliant and inspiring women across our virtual events and other content, amplifying their voices, sharing their insights, and highlighting their contributions. By breaking down barriers and fostering inclusion, we not only open doors for more women but also drive stronger innovation and better outcomes for society as a whole.
