My Role

I founded Channel Maven in early 2009, and Spark Your Channel in 2019. Both companies were recently acquired by 360insights, where I now serve as SVP of Marketing. I am primarily recognized as an expert in channel marketing, and often serve as a guest host, panelist and speaker on a variety of channel-related topics. As a natural leader and entrepreneur, I’ve cultivated a passion for mentorship and sharing entrepreneurial experiences and lessons learned with others. Outside of 360, I serve as a board member for the Women’s Leadership Council of Baptie & Company, an active member in women in tech events, as well as several philanthropic endeavors in Boulder, CO.

I am passionate about enabling vendors to drive sales through their channel partners by providing strategic channel marketing support and partner demand generation to channel organizations of all sizes.

What I love most about my role

When you’re an entrepreneur and CEO you have many concerns. I love that this role allows me to focus on what I love most, which is marketing. Of course, I also love sales and other aspects of the business, but I’m really enjoying collaborating with other experts in the field.

How I define success

Success is making yourself and those around you better. Better doesn’t always mean more money or more notoriety. It means being happier, more fulfilled, more available to your family, able to experience and accomplish things that fill you with pride.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

Just keep going. Sometimes your ruminating thoughts can fill you with doubt or regret. Just keep going.

What would I tell my younger self

Probably Just Keep Going ;-) Also, the challenges you have yet to face will shape you and make you stronger. Don’t let them also make you bitter.

What 2B Bolder mean to me

That you can do things you never thought possible but also be kind and make the people whose paths you cross better for having had an interaction.

Years of Experience

25

I recommend you focus on developing these 3 skills to succeed in a role like mine

Big picture thinking
Engaging an audience while public speaking
Relationship building
