I am the author of 'On Path', an Emotional Intelligence Teacher and mentor with 12+ years working in human behaviour, neuro linguistics, grief, trauma, psychosomatics, mental illness, yoga and meditation.
What I love most about my role
Seeing peoples' smiles and the lightness in their body language after they resolve their biggest emotional weights that they believed were going to weigh them down for life.
How I define success
Personally, not using an alarm to wake up in the morning! Haha
Ultimately though, it is to do what you love to the point that you never want to retire from it.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
There are two.
The first is from Warren Buffet : "If you cannot manage your emotions, don't ever expect to manage money."
The second is to manage your money so well that it becomes unemotional to manage. I am a big advocate for women being financially stable so their life choices are empowered decisions, rather than being made out of desperation or a sense of lack.
What would I tell my younger self
You are going to be just fine exactly the way you are. Keep going. You can't do this 'life' thing wrong.
What 2B Bolder mean to me
Helping others to stand on their own to feet so they may be inspiring to truly stand in their own light.
Years of Experience
I recommend you focus on developing these 3 skills to succeed in a role like mine
Meditation + Yoga
