My Role

I am a leadership and organizational agility coach; I help create high performing leaders, teams and organizations through 1:1 leadership coaching, team development workshops, and organizational transformations. We focus on working with organizations to help them to solve the big problems impeding them from achieving agility, collaboration, alignment, and innovation.

What I love most about my role

I am fortunate to work with all levels within organizations - individual contributors, emerging leaders, mid-level leaders, and the c-suite. This allows me to truly understand the culture and get an insider’s view of the organization to better support everyone. This allows me to have pragmatic and honest conversations with leaders to give them true insight into what is going on so they can make impactful and meaningful changes.

How I define success

Success for me is when both my personal and professional life allow me to fully honor my values of family, freedom, balance, trust, and fun.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

Who not How…it’s a book by Dr. Benjamin Hardy and was recommended to me by my business coach, Jessica Fearnley. It’s all about going from being a solopreneur to the CEO of your company by building and surrounding yourself with an amazing team of individuals to support and grow your business. It goes along the same lines of delegation and trusting your team to come up with the solutions because they are far more creative than you are.

Relax and enjoy the journey… it will all fall into place
