My Role

Cathy leads the pre-sales and delivery organization (professional services for Arria globally).

What I love most about my role

From a pre-sales perspective is developing pre-sales resources. This includes teaching solutions engineers to clearly understand customer challenges, quickly qualify the technical fit, and develop a trusted advisor status with customers. From a delivery perspective, I deliver high quality solutions on time and under budget.

How I define success

For pre-sales success is defined by the ability to qualify in and out opportunities quickly, and to get the technical win on opportunities that you have qualified in.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

Listen to your customer.

What would I tell my younger self

It is important to have a passion for what you do. Understand, that knowledge is power. It is important to learn something new every day
