My Role

At a high level, I help wholesale vendors, sales agencies, and independent sales reps grow their sales and reduce burnout by teaching them phone-based selling, how to combine it with in-person selling, and keep it all organized in a CRM—what I call Hybrid Sales.

I specialize in:
-Training sales professionals
-Consulting with businesses to implement their own inside sales & hybrid sales teams
-Offering an outsourced Inside Sales Team

Our mission is to help sales professionals sell smarter, not harder—with a structure and strategy that supports sustainable growth and a better quality of life.

What I love most about my role

I know what it feels like to chase sales while running on empty—juggling long road days, missed follow-ups, and the nagging feeling that you're always behind. After years in field sales and the unexpected loss of my son, everything changed. Through healing and time I discovered a better way: one that allowed me to stay connected with my customers, grow my sales, and still be present for what matters most at home.

Now, I love helping sales reps, vendors, and agencies do the same—by blending in-person relationships with the power of phone calls, CRMs, and a simple, structured approach to sales. I love helping people feel confident, organized, and energized again—because sales should support your life, not run it.

How I define success

Success, for me, is when sales professionals feel confident, connected, and in control—not just of their numbers, but of their time, energy, and purpose. It’s helping a sales rep go from burnout and overwhelm to clarity and momentum. It’s seeing a vendor finally connect with the customers they’ve been missing.

At the heart of it, success means building a business that grows revenue without costing you your relationships, your peace, or your well-being. It’s about showing up with integrity, delivering real value, and creating systems that serve people—not the other way around.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

"God uses broken vessels—so let Him be your business partner." This reminder changed everything for me. It helped me stop striving and start surrendering—trusting that even my hardest seasons, my losses, and my limits could be used for purpose. When I made God my business partner, I stopped building just for profit and started building with peace. Now, every strategy is covered in prayer, every goal is aligned with purpose, and every step forward is guided by faith. That’s the kind of business I want to lead—and help others create too.

What would I tell my younger self

You don’t have to prove your worth by running yourself into the ground. The long road days, the missed moments at home, the constant pressure to keep up—it’s not the only way to be successful. You can build meaningful relationships, grow your sales, and still have a life you love. Lead with service. And don’t be afraid to pivot when life asks you to. Some of your greatest heartbreaks will lead to your most powerful breakthroughs.

What 2B Bolder mean to me

To me, 2B Bolder means having the courage to fully step into who I was created to be—without holding back. It’s being willing to learn, grow, and change so I can keep showing up with purpose. It’s using my God-given gifts, talents, and experiences to serve others, help people grow their sales, build stronger connections, and work more efficiently and effectively.
