My Role
After a 20+ year in Human Resources (most recently as a Director of HR at Dutch Bros Coffee), I have recently taken a leap towards living a life with more purpose and fulfillment as a Life Coach. This decision did not come without a significant amount of soul searching and introspection after climbing the "ladder" for so many years only to realize that I was not in a career that was going to allow me to live my life at my greatest potential. Working for what I believe to be the best company out there has really opened my eyes as to what is possible and my goal is to help inspire and empower other women to stop living their professional and personal lives based on the wants, needs and desires of everyone around them and to begin taking control of their lives so that they can be living a life that others only dream about.

How I define success
Living your life on your own terms and fulfilling your purpose by doing something that allows you to function both personally and professionally at the highest possible level.
