What I love most about my role
I love having the opportunity to connect with people all over the world. Training, speaking, and coaching are my sweet spots, so when I have the chance to meet a new group of people and give them insight into how they can better work together, grow their team, and stay fulfilled in their role, I am at my best.
How I define success
I define success as reaching your peak fulfillment in your professional and personal life. You cannot be successful until you are content with who you are in all areas of your life, but that also includes being satisfied with imperfection.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
If you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
