My Role

As Manager of Consulting Services at Revenera, I lead a team with initiatives that help businesses unlock the full value of their software and software-enabled devices—especially in highly regulated industries like healthcare, government, and manufacturing. The services team roles span solution architecture, technical design, and implementation, with a focus on enabling clients to monetize their offerings effectively and optimize operational performance. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our solutions not only meet business goals but also deliver exceptional experiences for our customers end users.

What I love most about my role

What I love most about my role is helping our customers succeed. Before joining Revenera, I was one of those customers—leading a digital software transformation as a product manager in the Oil & Gas industry. I found deep satisfaction in using data-driven improvements to enhance software delivery, streamline customer communications, and fuel product innovation. That experience, combined with my background as a business analyst black belt, inspired me to transition into consulting. Now at Revenera, I get to lead initiatives that empower our customers to optimize their businesses—just as I once did—while delivering exceptional value to their end users.

How I define success

I define success as creating measurable, controlled impact for both customers and teams. To me, success means helping organizations achieve their strategic goals through thoughtful solution design, seamless implementation, continuous optimization, and controlled processes. It’s about enabling customers to realize tangible value from their investments, while fostering trust, collaboration, and innovation along the way. Success also means empowering my team, closing skill gaps, and creating a culture where learning and ownership drive excellence.

The best piece of business advice I ever received was

“Listen to the people closest to the product.” Early in my career as a manufacturing engineer, someone gave me this advice—and it’s stuck with me ever since. I was encouraged to listen to the test technicians, the people who worked hands-on with the product every day. They were my direct line to real-time feedback and customer experience insights. By building trust and open communication with them, I gained invaluable knowledge that helped improve product testing and drive meaningful product enhancements. That experience taught me that success often comes from collaboration at every level—and that the best ideas can come from those who know the product best.

What would I tell my younger self

Seize the opportunities that excite you. Use that excitement to help drive your own success, while also helping others succeed.

What 2B Bolder mean to me

To me, 2B Bolder means to share your enthusiasm. Doing so has enabled me to embrace opportunities that excite me, convert that energy into a tangible way of helping others, and step into leadership roles.
