My Role
I believe in the power of clear, honest communication to move people and businesses forward. That belief is at the heart of Pure Work PR, my newly relaunched consultancy focused on strategic communications and public relations for B2B tech companies and mission-driven organizations.
What I love most about my role
What I love most about my role at Pure Work PR is the ability to bring clarity, purpose and momentum to brands doing meaningful work. I get to help mission-driven founders and transformational thinkers translate their vision into stories that connect and resonate. There's something deeply energizing about aligning the right message with the right moment and watching it ripple outward.
Every day is a mix of intuition, creativity and strategy. Whether I'm shaping a narrative, building media relationships, or helping a client step fully into their voice, I'm reminded that PR isn't just about visibility. It's about amplification with integrity. And that’s where the magic happens.
How I define success
When my values, energy, and actions are in sync—personally and professionally—that’s success. It’s not about how loud the outcome is, but how true it feels. If I’m doing work that supports growth, integrity, and impact—while staying connected to myself and others—then I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
Success is also about resonance: helping others find their voice, clear their path and move forward with clarity. Whether through a well-placed story or a simple conversation that sparks a shift, success is being a catalyst for something that matters.
The best piece of business advice I ever received was
“Trust your timing.”
In business (and life), it’s easy to feel behind—rushing to launch, scale or prove something. But some of the best moves I’ve made came after the delay, the pause or the detour I didn’t plan for.
This advice reminds me that alignment matters more than urgency. When you trust your timing, you act from clarity, not fear. What you build has more staying power because it's rooted in purpose, not panic.
What would I tell my younger self
I’d tell my younger self: Your voice is your power.
You don’t have to wait for permission, for the perfect moment, or for someone to ask what you think. If something feels off, say it. If something inspires you, share it. And the more you practice using your voice, the more it becomes a compass—not just for you, but for others who need to hear it too.
Trust that what you see, feel and know is valuable. Even when it shakes. Especially when it shakes.
What 2B Bolder mean to me
“2B Bolder” to me feels like a call to step up and embrace courage — to be unapologetically bold in your choices, your voice and your actions. It suggests moving beyond hesitation or playing it safe, and instead pushing boundaries, taking risks and standing out with confidence.
Being “2B Bolder” means owning who you are fully and showing up with fearless authenticity.
