2B Bolder: Leadership in Motion

1. Define Your Brand Visibility Foundation

Ask yourself:

  • What do I want to be known for?

  • Who do I want to serve or influence?

  • What values do I want my name to represent?

Action Step: Write a one-sentence Brand Anchor Statement:

“I help [audience] achieve [result] through [your expertise].”

Example:

“I help women in tech grow their influence by mastering visibility and authentic leadership.”

2. Craft Your Message and Story

People connect with stories, not titles. Your personal story is what turns your experience into inspiration.

Action Step: Share a short story about:

  • A defining career moment

  • A challenge that shaped your leadership style

  • A lesson you wish you had learned earlier

Then, connect it back to your mission.

3. Show Up Where It Matters

Visibility without strategy = noise. Choose platforms that align with your audience and goals:

  • LinkedIn → for credibility & professional visibility

  • Instagram → for relatability & behind-the-scenes content

  • Speaking engagements or podcasts → for thought leadership

Action Step: Pick your top two brand visibility platforms and commit to showing up weekly.

4. Build Your Thought Leadership

Visibility grows when you give value first.

Ideas to start:

  • Share 3 lessons from a recent project.

  • Post one tip every week that solves a real problem your audience faces.

  • Collaborate with other women leaders; visibility compounds in the community.

5. Turn Visibility Into Opportunity

Your brand should open doors, not just get likes.

Action Step: Once a month, reach out to:

  • A podcast host

  • A publication

  • An event organizer offers to contribute, share insights, or collaborate.

Visibility grows through intentional connection.

6. Lead with Value

Visibility grows when you give before you get.

Teach. Inspire. Mentor. Collaborate. Offer your perspective generously; it positions you as a thought leader and builds trust.

Action Step: Once a week, share one practical insight or piece of advice that could help another woman rise.

This week, put your playbook into motion:

1️⃣ Choose one visibility platform: LinkedIn, a community group, or an internal company channel.

2️⃣ Share one post, insight, or story that reflects your brand, values, or a lesson you’ve learned.

3️⃣ Tag or uplift another woman whose work inspires you. Visibility multiplies when we amplify each other.

Then ask yourself at the end of the week:

“Did I show up as the woman I want to be known for?”

Every time you share your voice, you build your brand and inspire others to do the same.

Final Reminder:

You don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room, just the clearest and most consistent.

Your visibility isn’t vanity. It’s leadership in motion.

If you’re feeling stuck like I once did, unsure how to start showing up or what even to say,  you’re not alone.

You just need a little clarity, a plan, and someone to help you take that first bold step.

That’s why I created the 2B Bolder Power Hour. It’s a one-on-one session to help you get clear, confident, and moving fast toward the visibility you deserve.
